Elizabeth Thomas, a first year Counseling PhD student, received the prestigious federally funded APA Minority Predoctoral Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Fellowship

Elizabeth Thomas, a first year Counseling PhD student who works with Gina Owens, received the prestigious federally funded APA Minority Predoctoral Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Fellowship.  The national fellowship includes a stipend of $22,467 as well as travel support, dissertation support, and ancillary training opportunities and enrichment experiences and is renewable for three years.  Elizabeth and Gina will be honored at a breakfast on August 8 in Washington, DC.
