Nick Coles has been awarded an NSF Grad Research Fellowship
Congratulations to Nick Coles, a first year doctoral student in social psychology working with Dr. Jeff Larsen, for receiving a 2016 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) Fellowship. Selection was based on demonstrated potential to contribute to strengthening the vitality of the U.S. science and engineering enterprise. The NSF Fellowship supports 3 years of graduate study and provides a $34,000 annual stipend. These nationally competitive fellowships for graduate students in science and engineering programs are extremely difficult to obtain. NSF received 16,500 applications for the 2,000 fellowships awarded nationally.
