Industrial & Applied Psychology
The Industrial/Applied concentration provides education and training in applied psychology in a variety of organizational settings. The concentration places an emphasis on building appropriate skills in research design, measurement, and data-collection in real-world settings, as well as knowledge of applied personality assessment, performance measurement, test development and validation, work groups, organizational development, consultation, and other topics in industrial-organizational psychology. We practice a professional apprenticeship model of training geared to the student's interests and field research opportunities.
