McClain Receives 2019 William C. Howell Scholarship

Cara McClain, a Clinical Psychology doctoral student who works with Chris Elledge, received the 2019 William C. Howell Scholarship of $2,500 from the American Psychological Foundation and the Council of Graduate Programs of Psychology (COGDOP) to support her dissertation project titled “Peer Victimization and Internalizing Distress in Youth: The Moderating Role of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.”
