Grzanka, Miles, Flores, Spengler, Devore, and Frantell receive SPSSI Grant Award


Congratulations to Patrick Grzanka, who, along with his Co-PIs Joe Miles and Lettie Flores, as well as graduate students Elliot Spengler, Elliott Devore, and Keri Frantell, have been awarded a $2,000 grant from the Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues (APA Division 9) to support their research project on the effects of the counseling discrimination bill on the help-seeking attitudes and behaviors of LGBT+ individuals in Tennessee.  Their proposal entitled, “Counseling Discrimination Law’ and Barriers to Mental Health Services-Seeking among LGBT+ Individuals in Tennessee” is being conducted in collaboration with the Tennessee Equality Project.
