Bob DuBois is Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience. He has more than 20 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate psychology courses in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats at community colleges and universities. Before entering higher education, he worked in human factors research, human resources, organizational consulting, and counseling, experience that continues to shape his practical, applied approach to teaching psychology.
His work focuses on student success, lifelong learning, inclusive course design, and helping instructors become learning facilitators. DuBois regularly leads workshops and presentations on teaching and learning and has developed a popular series of student-success workshops. He is a Quality Matters Master Reviewer and has received teaching, mentoring, and career support awards at the department, college, and university levels.
